The staff is prepared to make your experience at Beech Creek a memorable one. The new membership rates are below. Senior membership starts at age 55. Family memberships include children 21 & under still in school. Annual dues reflect one month free if paid for entire year.

Initiation Fee - $500.  *This fee is waived for homeowners in Beech Creek Plantation. *If a member becomes a month behind in dues, you will be asked to catch up your dues or pay guest fees.

For active Military personnel, the initiation fee will be waived for those paying for annual memberships up front.
